Wyiwygify

The goal of experimenting with the creating of WYSIWYGIFY was to humanise the writing of content, and make creating 'a webpage' as simple as possible.

From where the page sits, to what content it contains, and how you write it. Everything should be as intuitive as possible, that anyone could do it, and for what you see, to actually be what you get.

The easiest way to explain it is to try it. Enter wherever you want your page to sit on the domain below, and go ahead and create it. There are no limits /on/how/deep/the/page/can/go

You possibly found a few bugs. I am aware there are some in there, it hasn't been browser tested at all, and there are a few features that still need to be done.

So what's going to happen
with it?

Once those bugs are sorted out, and browser testing has taken place. Templating will be implemented, to allow developers to specify template options in a config object, and the user will be able to choose from those options to create their page.

Following that, the entire source will be put on GitHub, and evolved as the community see fit.

How long will that take?

I've used it on a number of sites, where a traditional CMS just didn't quite cut it for a number of sections. Doing this very much helped iron out a couple of features that were needed in it also. So feel free to use it as is, and contact me if you get stuck.

Otherwise, it is currently on a list of jobs to do. Realistically I think it will be the Christmas break by the time it is complete.
